The Framatec procedure
The technical sales representative provides an interface between the instructing party and Framatec, he is ahead of the technical development and ensures complete respect of our commitments.
The design office takes charge of the project realization : preparation of calculation notes, realization of master plans and implementation assisted by a high-performance CAD CADD tool (BSI Bocad software) linked to the engineering shop's numerically controlled machines.
In parallel, the service quality defines the welding procedures, the evolution of production operation and the supply in materials.
Once this preparation stage is completed, the production stage is launched. The control of products is continuous : productive output, assembling, welding of components and surface treatment are subject to regular checks.
Lastly, Framatec manage all transportation procedures on site and erection procedures of fabrications from our engineering shops. The bridges and footbridges, in particular, require a very specific implementation.
